Worst TV Channel/Show Ever Made?

I'm doing this in a series (see my earlier questions), trying to get people to say what they think is the worst thing possible in a catagory. For this question, I'll say that the worst TV channel is The CW, and the worst TV show is Deal or No Deal. Your answers are very much appreciated!
