I made my BEST GUY FRIEND CRY!!!??? Help!!!?

He really hurt me because he is back with his ex girlfriend...in ohio and he went out with her a day after a talked to me...and we have liked eachother for a few months and he just went to visit his family and friends in ohio and he left last sunday and i talked to him last saturday and he went out with his ex on monday so it took him a day to get over me...and he was going to call me when he got there and i finally talked to him yesterday and he told my friend that he had a gf and my friend was freaking out because he and i were going to go out when school started (9th) and just yesterday he told me that he just wants to be friends...and he acted like it wasn't even a big deal and i should be just fine...so he called me today and i told him how much he hurt me and i told him that i don't want to be as close of friends as we were and he couldn't live with that he started saying how much he needs me as a best friend and other stuff like that...and he ended up bawling his eyes out..cont
