How do I connect Hallmark Keepsake ornaments to new LED lights on x-mas trees? Is there a converter out there?

We have a lot of Hallmark keepsake ornaments that connect to the older string bulb lights but don't work with the LED lights on x-mas trees. Is there any way to fix this? Some kind of converter perhaps? Thanks!
