How do you get a guy to do nice things for you when he is hella busy?

otya i dont want to go threw it all agian buts he in collegea dn he is really busy but how do i make him have time to do the little things like a letter or message cuz hes far away?he says he busy and he does call me every day and message me not that much but i just wnat him to apprecitate me and i do alot to show him my love and send him things letters messages what do i do >?
