Study gap now becomes big prblem?

i was regular until 12.then i didnt study properly,i changed lot of university,but just couldnt study,after 4 years now,my younger cousins my sister getting ahead in study ,they are almost about to finish,but m far behind finishing study...its really painfull.no solution may be.. :(
