What do they call it when a politician accepts money or a gift in exchange for special "consideration"?

Normal Operating Procedure unless one gets caught then it is called graft or a bribe. As long as politicians can throw in unrelated items into a bill, they are unaccountable. These items are just another form of a bribe.
