A question for Theologians 01?

How can heaven be heaven, or our concept of it, if everyone is not able to go there? If I understand the Christian heaven correctly, this is a paradox. Let me give an example. Lets say that Betty has two sons, the two sons are evil, and do really sick stuff like drinking from the milk carton. One day they are all three killed in a plane crash. Betty goes to heaven since she lived by the rules, and asked for forgiveness ect. The two sons go to hell since they did not? Would heaven not then be hell for Betty? Would Betty not know that her sons are in that terrible place? uming that she loves her sons how the hell would that be heaven for her?
