If Giants beat the Panthers, will it prove that the NFC East is better?

The guy above me have some great points, but he forgot that the Giants lost their last two games because they didn't have a healthy Brandon Jacobs. If you compare records with NFC East and NFC South, the south has a better record. Then again, look at who the play. The NFC east plays a tough AFC North division consisting of the Steelers and and the Ravens. On the other hand, the NFC South plays against AFC West, a very weak division, barring my beloved Chargers. Overall NFC East is alway the top division from top to bottom.
