I got a atx 550w cooler master usp 100 and need help plugging in the power supply fan?

My boyfriend installed the mother board and everything in my computer, but didn't plug in the chis fan. I am not sure where to plug it in. He said to plug it in near the cpu fan, but Im so confused if anyone can explain this to me or show me a diagram of where it goes.
