How can we ensure that pH and acidity of anhydrous ethanol are kept constant while ethanol is being stored?

We have steel storage tank with floating roof and tend to store our ethanol for a few months. During that time we observe that product's pH drops and acidity increases. How can we ensure that this does not happen? Thank you so much for any advises.
