Who should I write my "Hero" report about?

I have an English report that was due this past Thursday. I have to write about a hero, but I have no idea who to write about. It has to be a real person, so nothing like Superman or any action movie heroes like the Terminator. Also, no athletes, and it has to be an exact person, not a group of people such as police. Plus this has to be a speech in front of the cl, so I want someone cool to write about!
