Whats the best sequence for my guitars effects, starting from the guitar to the amp?

I have danelectro fab effects=overdrive, chorus, distortion, flanger and a Ibanez TS9 Tubescreamer, whats the best sequence, and how do i eliminate the BUZZing sound?
