Social Anxiety Disorder, Depression and Suicidal Thoughts?

You have to think of it this way; your anxiety is obviously bothering you and affecting your life negatively. Take a deep breath and call your doctor or psychiatrist just to make an appointment. You will feel so much better knowing that you are taking the steps to correct your problem. Your doc will be able to help you out if you are honest with him or her. If you are having panic attacks, you probably need an anti-anxiety medication. Counseling will also benefit you. If you can figure out where your anxiety stems from while your meds "teach" you how to feel "normal", you will eventually learn how to cope with your life without your meds. As you progress and your problems start getting handled in a healthy manner, you will start to feel better about yourself. Soon you will realize that your anxiety is simply an irrational thought that you're dwelling on. Once you get that little bit of confidence and realize everything's ok, you will keep improving and improving.
