Is it possible to do this?

The graphics card would be easy to change...granted you have the correct port. Most newer computers have a pci express or agp port; 4x or 8x normally for the agp. I would check the port...as long as you have the correct agp port, you can do the card fine. Also.....the processor? You have the garbage board...celeron....so unless you have a garbage processor celeron....not really. A new celeron chip could go in it fine.....to change the processor? You would locate the chip on the board, lift the brackets, slide out the old one, place in the new one, socket it, and reclasp the brackets...you shouldn't even need tools for that. The ram? Check to see what slots you have...the slot shape matches the type of ram you need....more than likely you need sdram or dram...
