How to get my voice up and sounding like this?

There are currently 3 ways to do that: 1. get voice lessons, 2. get EXPENSIVE surgery done on your vocal cords to make them shorter and possibly live or die through the procedure, or 3. sing so much in a head tone that your regular voice just follows, and I think I know you from school.
